1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Lateos Inc. ("Lateos", "we", "us", or "our") website, developer utilities, or dataset products available through third-party cloud marketplaces (including but not limited to Snowflake Marketplace), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Lateos's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website or in our datasets
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Dataset Products & Acceptable Use

Our published datasets are provided for legitimate security research, model training, and defensive validation purposes. Users agree not to:

  • Re-identify or attempt to de-anonymize individuals or organizations from the provided datasets
  • Use datasets to develop or test offensive security tools or techniques designed for unauthorized access
  • Share, redistribute, or republish dataset contents outside of authorized, licensed channels
  • Use datasets in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or ethical guidelines
  • Combine datasets with other data sources to circumvent anonymization controls

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Lateos's website and in our datasets are provided on an "as is" basis. Lateos makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Lateos Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Lateos's website, even if Lateos or a Lateos authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

When accessing our datasets through third-party cloud marketplaces such as Snowflake Marketplace, you also agree to comply with the terms and conditions of that marketplace platform. In case of any conflict between these Terms of Service and third-party marketplace terms, the most restrictive terms shall apply.

10. Termination

Lateos may terminate or suspend your access to its services and datasets without notice and without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These and all other terms and conditions for use of this website and our datasets shall be interpreted and enforced according to the laws of the jurisdiction where Lateos Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
